London-born striker who started his career in Conference club Barnet's youth academy at a time when he was also studying music at Southgate College. Warren made his first team debut for Barnet during 2003/04 and at the end of that season he played for Southgate College as they won the English Schools' Football Association Colleges Trophy by beating Middlesbrough at Doncaster.
During the 2004/05 campaign Warren featured five times in Barnet's senior side (three times as sub) without scoring as the club won promotion to the Football League and he also spent a month on loan at Waltham Forest towards the end of the season, making three appearances (two as sub) without scoring there.
In July 2005 Warren signed for Farnborough and scored 19 goals from 48 outings during 2005/06.
He moved on to Braintree for the start of the 2006/07 campaign but in October 2006 Warren linked up with Conference club St.Albans City.
He scored on his debut in a 4-2 home win over York on 14.10.06 but Warren only played once more before joining Conference South outfit Sutton before the end of October 2006.
He went on to score ten league goals during the remainder of 2006/07 and Warren then scored six times for Sutton in the Conference South during the 2007/08 season before being loaned to Eastleigh in February 2008.
He managed four goals for the Hampshire club in the Conference South before going back to Sutton in April 2008. Warren was then released.
In the summer of 2008 he signed for Bromley and Warren scored 21 Conference South goals during 2008/09. In August 2009 he got four goals as Bromley beat Grays 5-1 in a pre-season friendly and Warren went on to score 17 times in the league during the 2009/10 campaign before being loaned to Chelmsford in March 2010.
He got four goals from eight outings for Chelmsford and then went back to Bromley.
By the end of the 2010/11 season Warren had scored in excess of 50 goals from over 100 appearances for Bromley but in July 2011 he left the club and joined Isthmian League Premier Division outfit Lewes.
His stay in Sussex was very brief and in August 2011 Warren moved on to Havant & Waterlooville ahead of the start of the 2011/12 campaign proper.
He made five appearances (three as sub) without scoring for the Conference South club before returning to Bromley.
On 15.10.11 Warren was on the substitutes bench as Bromley visited Margate for an FA Cup tie and he was introduced at half-time with his side 2-0 down. He scored twice in the space of two second half minutes to level the game at 2-2 and Bromley then went on to snatch a 3-2 win.
In December 2011 Warren joined Margate and manager Chris Kinnear told the Isle of Thanet Gazette "Twice he's finished second-top scorer in Conference South and he's still only 25 so it's a decent signing for us. He's all about pace and finishing, similar to Kwesi (Appiah), and I'd like to think the two of them will cause plenty of problems."
Warren made his first appearance as Margate entertained Metropolitan Police in an Isthmian League Premier Division game at Hartsdown Park on 17.12.11 but the Thanet Times said he "had a debut to forget" as the visitors won 3-1 and the paper's report was headlined "McBean and gone as new signing pulls up". Warren went off just before the hour mark and the Times said he'd "barely had a kick before pulling up injured". Warren didn't play again and he was released less than two weeks after signing for Margate.
At the start of January 2012 he joined Conference South outfit Welling but Warren only made two substitute appearances for the Wings that month before injury ruled him out for the rest of the season.
In the summer of 2012 he featured in some of Bromley's friendlies and on 17.7.12 Warren scored twice in a 5-1 win at Beckenham. Bromley's coach Neil Smith told the Kentish Football website "We want to get the best out of Warren and he's got to get the best out of himself as well so at the moment he's looking very good. He's looking very sharp. He's looked after himself in the close season and we'll just keep plugging away and see where we are on August 18th."
Unfortunately Warren ruptured his Achilles tendon before the 2012/13 campaign began and he ended up missing the entire season but in June 2013 he was resigned by Bromley having regained his fitness.
Early in October 2013 Warren joined Isthmian League Premier Division club Cray on a dual-registration basis and before the end of that month he signed for Canvey Island, also of the Premier Division, in a permanent deal.
Warren was released by Canvey in December 2013 having scored once from ten outings (three as sub).
