Winger who started his career with Chelmsford before linking up with Canterbury.
Micky joined Margate from Canterbury in September 1956 and made his debut in the number seven shirt in a 2-2 draw at Snowdown on 22.9.56. It turned out to be his only first team appearance.
In November 1956 Micky had to undergo a cartilage operation and was out of action until January 1957. He then played exclusively for the reserves for the remainder of the campaign.
In August 1957 Micky left Hartsdown to join Sudbury of the Metropolitan League as he'd got a job in the town.
However he soon returned to Kent and played for Deal during the 1958/59 season.
