5' 8" tall full-back born in Margate who started out in Ramsgate's youth set-up and played for their Under-15's during the 2003/04 campaign.
Jonny later joined Margate and played for the club's Under-18's during the 2006/07 season. He stepped up to the reserves for 2007/08 and played in one first team friendly in the summer of 2007.
On 2.10.07 Jonny made his senior debut when he wore the number two shirt as Margate lost 3-2 to East Thurrock in an Isthmian League Cup tie played at Hartsdown Park but he didn't play for the first team again and spent the rest of the season in the reserves.
After leaving Margate at the end of 2007/08 Jonny dropped into local amateur football but in the summer of 2011 he signed for Ramsgate and played for their reserves during the 2011/12 campaign.
During the 2013/14 season Jonny was playing in the Thanet Sunday Football League.
