Clever forward born in Wrexham who made nine first team appearances for his hometown club during the 1945/46 season and scored three goals before joining Margate in the summer of 1946.

Harry made his debut in the club's first game after World War II - a 1-1 draw at Gillingham Reserves on 31.8.46. Harry was a regular in the Margate side for much of the 1946/47 campaign and scored 11 times in his 17 appearances, including a hat-trick in a 6-2 win over Gravesend & Northfleet at Hartsdown on 30.11.46. However in March 1947 he had to leave the club as he couldn't find anywhere to live in the Margate area.

Harry went to live in Blackpool where he'd been brought up.

His real first name was Leonard and he died in the Wrexham area of Wales during the second quarter of 1979.
