5' 11" tall, strong-tackling midfielder born in Enfield who spent six years at Tottenham without appearing in the first team before joining Romford in the summer of 1960.
Frank spent three seasons with the Essex club and then signed for Margate in June 1963.
He made his debut in a 5-1 win over Merthyr at Hartsdown Park on 24.8.63 but struggled to win a regular place in the side during the 1963/64 campaign. Frank made 17 first team appearances and also played 17 times for the reserves. He was released at the end of the season.
He worked in an estate agents during his time with Margate.
By 1977 Frank was living in Haringey, London and he died in Hertfordshire on 30.11.12 aged 77.
