Hackney-born defender who started his career in Dulwich's youth team during the 1994/95 season. Denver then had short spells at Leyton Orient, Cambridge United and Exeter before joining Erith & Belvedere in the summer of 1998.
He made 20 appearances (three as sub) for the Deres during the first half of the 1998/99 campaign before Crawley signed him in February 1999.
He played four times for Crawley before the end of the season.
Denver started 1999/00 with Chesham but after being released at the end of 1999 he moved on to Harrow where he spent the rest of the season.
In the summer of 2000 Denver was signed by Margate manager Chris Kinnear having featured in most of Margate's friendlies ahead of the 2000/01 campaign. He was a regular in the reserves throughout the season but only played once for the first team. Denver's sole senior appearance came when he played at right-back in a Southern League Cup tie at Baldock on 23.1.01 that Margate lost 1-0. He resumed his reserve team duties after that and at the end of the season he was released.
Denver started the 2001/02 campaign with St.Albans but only made three first team appearances there before moving on to Carshalton during the season. He didn't play any first team games for the Surrey outfit.
He had spells at Boreham Wood and Bishop's Stortford during 2002/03 before a serious injury interrupted his career.
Having regained his fitness Denver linked up with Barking in October 2004 and made a handful of reserve team appearances before joining Wingate & Finchley early in 2005.
In the summer of 2005 he made a surprise return to Margate and played in several friendlies but Denver left the club before the start of the 2005/06 season proper.
In September 2005 he signed for Ashford and scored twice in 18 appearances for the Nuts & Bolts before leaving the club in March 2006.
